This is yalc2 on the server. DM and RM tools, except for the hammer of course, should be unbanned. it is a known fact that DM and RM tools, with the exception of the redkatar, do not remain charged when in safezone or other faction land. It is also known that only when fully charged do DM and RM tools get access to their right-click abilities. Thus, i believe, if you follow my train of thought, that there is no point in banning DM and RM tools, because they simply do not do what you are so afraid of them doing.
